Crete Pâté

PREPARATION AND SERVICE 30 mins    8 servings  


  • Grate the Sepet cheese and Bergama tulum cheese into a large bowl.
  • Chop into a bowl Chef Ready® Semi Dried Tomatoes and Chef Ready® Semi Dried Tomato.
  • Remove the seeds of dried hot peppers then chop into large bowl
  • Ground shelled wallnuts and garlic inside mortar and pestle.
  • Add thyme and slowly pour olive oil inside mortar, all the while mixing thoroughly using a spoon.
  • Mix the ingredients inside mortar and chopped tomatoes inside bowl.
  • Continue mixing thoroughly using a spoon.
  • Place the bowl in refrigerator, let rest overnight.
  • Divide into 8 cups
  • Service.
